Mace . This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. The role is responsible for the operational leadership of health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) within a designated business / portfolio of work. You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead the development and execution of the health and safety strategy. Align project HSE goals with Mace’s global standards and our client’s sustainability and cultural vision. Collaborate with the client, design consultants, contractors, and government bodies to ensure unified safety protocols. Conduct and oversee risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning. Lead risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits across all phases of construction. Provide strategic guidance to contractors and subcontractors on HSE performance and improvement. Monitor and report on KPIs, safety metrics, and performance dashboards to senior leadership. Manage incident investigations and reporting, ensuring lessons learned are shared and applied. You’ll Need To Have

Degree or equivalent experience in health, safety, and well-being. Chartered membership with a recognised HSW body. Proven leadership in complex HSW environments. Middle East experience and strong knowledge of legislation, risk, and assurance systems. Please note :
