Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Jeddah. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth targets. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales quotas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's reputation for high‑quality solutions.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
Proficiency in creating and executing Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals
Familiarity with cooling solutions and technical understanding of installation and maintenance services is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
