We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Pre-Sales and Sales Senior Manager to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience in the Saudi Arabian IT market, with a strong background in both pre-sales and sales functions. This role requires an energetic individual who can lead the sales process from initial client engagement to closing deals, ensuring the delivery of tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership : Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of the company.
• Pre-Sales Support : Provide technical and strategic support during the pre-sales phase, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Proposal Development : Develop high-quality proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our IT services and solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and pre-sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
