Responsibilities
Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths / weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify opportunities for improving Customer Experience Deep dive to acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them to solving business problems Design, develop, pilot & rollout enterprise-wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, and identification of alternate delivery services Develop standard operating procedures Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning and forecasting Lead a team of business analysts, program managers or area managers Lead process improvements Demonstrated Abilities

Ideal candidates leverage strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to think big. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of employee and performance management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge / FTE) experience Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / or holidays Preferred Qualifications
