B2B Office Manager Main Job Purpose : We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on

Office Manager

to lead and develop our field sales team focused on selling premium coffee solutions to corporate offices. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in driving new business acquisition, managing sales teams, and fostering long‑term client relationships.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our customer base by ensuring effective prospecting, field execution, and customer engagement. This is a field‑oriented role that requires active participation alongside the sales team to guide, support, and inspire them in achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, approach, and convert new corporate clients.

Ensure consistent follow-up on leads, client visits, and field performance through structured reporting and KPI tracking.

Accompany sales representatives on the field to support deal closing and assess performance

Foster a customer‑centric culture focused on trust, proximity, and long‑term loyalty.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize customer experience

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Profile

Proven success in new business development and managing a sales team in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Field‑oriented mindset – comfortable working alongside the team on client visits and prospecting activities.

Results‑driven with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience in food & beverage, or office services (coffee, vending, water, etc.) is a strong plus.
