Assistant Marketing Manager - B2B Renewable Energy Sector

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will support strategic growth across the region. This role is ideal for a motion graphics artist with strong visual design sense, event coordination skills and a passion for clean, impactful communication. You will contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives, from social media management to event coordination and vendor collaboration. The role offers significant opportunity for professional development within Yellow Door Energy.

Key Responsibilities KRA 1 : Arabic Content and Saudi Localization Lead

• Translate short passages to Arabic (mostly for social media), proofread and edit Arabic language content;
• Ensure that the company’s Arabic language content is accurate across different marketing documents and channels;
• Ensure appropriate Saudi localization of content across marketing channels;

Be the sole person responsible for the company’s marketing materials in Arabic.

KRA 2 : Event Coordination and Lead Generation

Develop campaign ideas and implement them to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

KRA 3 : Content Development for Sales Materials and Social Media

Develop content for social media and work with a digital agency to create graphics, videos, etc.

KRA 4 : Stakeholder Management

Provide ad hoc marketing support to the rest of the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or similar (PR, Media, Visual Communications)

3-5 years of relevant experience

Events coordination experience

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent written and spoken Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience and comfort with generating leads through event attendance, emailing / calling, meeting prospective customers

Experience in agency or similar role managing multiple projects and customers

Demonstrated creativity and ability to distill technical content into digestible materials

Highly organized, with good attention to detail, responsive with a sense of urgency

Quick learner with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

High level of self-awareness and openness to feedback

Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn from others

Responsible, punctual, with a high level of work ethic and professionalism
