United Feed Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Manager to join our team. The BPR Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes across various departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR, IT, etc.).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess existing workflows and understand pain points.
- Lead the redesign of business processes using BPR methodologies and industry best practices.
- Recommend new technologies, automation, or process changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that re-engineered processes align with overall organizational goals and customer needs.
- Manage the implementation of reengineered processes, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, set clear timelines, and track progress against project milestones.
- Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across departments.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, clear communication, and smooth execution.
- Train and support team members and department heads on new processes and systems.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of reengineered processes.
- Continuously monitor performance post-implementation and make adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation.
- Maintain thorough documentation of process changes, outcomes, and best practices.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Prepare detailed reports on process improvement initiatives, ROI, and impact on business performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, process improvement, or management consulting, with a focus on cross-departmental projects.Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills. Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
