Responsibilities

• Manage a team of payment specialists responsible for processing, reconciling, and monitoring transactions
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and providers to resolve payment-related issues
• Collaborate with the Fraud Risk Analytics team to develop fraud detection and prevention measures
• Identify automation and integration opportunities to streamline operations
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs and report on the health of the payment ecosystem
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of payment-related platform features
• Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to cross-functional teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and implement necessary changes
• Partner with Product Managers to drive innovation and improve user experience
• Manage and develop the team to operate 24x7x365 financial support and payment processes
• Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding
