As Broadcast Manager at

Kings League MENA , you will lead the live broadcast operations of one of the most innovative football-entertainment formats in the region. Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for directing live shows, managing programming, and ensuring seamless technical and creative delivery that engages fans across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for

live directing of the show , ensuring dynamic, engaging, and high-quality broadcasts. Develop and manage the

programming schedule , balancing content to attract and engage the target audience. Coordinate closely with

content producers, graphic designers, directors, and production staff

to deliver cohesive, high-standard programming. Oversee the

production process , ensuring content meets deadlines, creative vision, and technical quality standards. Manage collaboration with

production teams

(directors, editors, technicians) to ensure smooth operations. Oversee and maintain the

technical aspects of broadcasting , including equipment functionality, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Ensure strict

compliance with broadcasting regulations, licensing requirements, and technical specifications . Lead

staff recruitment, training, supervision, and development , including producers, directors, technicians, and support staff. Provide

leadership and direction , fostering a collaborative, motivated, and productive work environment. Conduct

performance evaluations

and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement

strategic plans

to achieve goals such as audience growth, engagement, and revenue targets. Identify and pursue opportunities for

programming innovation, partnerships, or expansion . Monitor and analyze

market trends and competitor activities

to inform programming and broadcast strategies. Visit venues and assess

broadcasting feasibility and requirements

based on location characteristics. Requirements

Proven experience in

live broadcasting operations , with progressively responsible roles in programming, production, or management. Strong

creativity and vision

for directing live shows and enhancing viewer experience. Demonstrated

leadership and management skills , capable of inspiring and motivating teams. Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities

to collaborate with internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners. Deep knowledge of

broadcasting technologies, industry regulations, and emerging trends . Strong

strategic thinking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a

fast-paced, dynamic live-event environment . Familiarity with

digital media platforms and evolving broadcasting technologies . Skills in
