About the Role
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. L&D Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Designing e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements.
- Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records.
- Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Researching and recommending new training methods, like gamification.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions.
- Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in learning and development by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
Qualifications
Education : Business Administration / Human Resource Management.Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.Minimum Years of Experience : 8.Preferred Skills :License and Certificates : CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), PHR (Professional in Human Resources).#J-18808-Ljbffr
