Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing career development. The L&D Specialist will identify training needs based on skills gap analyses, develop group and individual learning courses, and manage the training budget.

Education : Business Administration / Human Resource Management. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Required Skills : Minimum 8 years of experience.
Preferred Skills : Licenses and certificates : CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
