Project Electrical Design Engineer (synchronous condensers or thermal power plants) – Riyadh, KSA – Duration 36 months. Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines. Serve as the interface between the Owner’s Engineering Team, EPC contractors, and design consultants. Track all design submissions and ensure timely review cycles. Ensure strict adherence to client-approved design standards and procedures. Organize and lead technical coordination meetings. Ensure timely dissemination of approved design documents to relevant stakeholders. Report risks or delays and contribute to solutions in real time. Support interface management between design, procurement, and construction phases. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 15+ years of experience in : Project coordination Engineering design management EPC environments in the power transmission and distribution sector. Proven background working with utility or infrastructure clients. Experience in synchronous condensers or thermal power plants is mandatory. Deep knowledge of industry-standard specifications, codes, and project workflows. Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong communication and leadership skills. Additional Information
