Organization of HR administration &HR planning for all departments of the Hotel
Compilation of and adherence to financial budgets withinpayroll
Organization and monitoring of alladministrative affairs within the HR department
Supervision of training activities within the Hotel (skillstraining general training)
The following dutieswithin frame of work :
Administration Personnelorganization hiring remuneration dismissal Generaltasks
Management of personnel files on the basisof incoming hiring transfer promotion resignation and othermodification data.
Compiles the operationalstaffing schedule / manning guide in coordination withGM.
Compiles accident statistics and handles allrelevant accident reports.
The Director of HumanResources shall designate executive positions that cannot bestaffed by him / herself in the manning guide. He / she shalladministrate copies of qualifications for all executivepositions.
Updating of Human Resources manualsof salary bonus and workbooks etc.
Is familiarwith regulations and Human Resources guidelines issued by regionalor corporate administration and ensures that they are appliedaccordingly.
Strict adherence to legalregulations and work permit of employees.
Conducts job application correspondence and sees to due and properanswering and filing of all documents applications advertsetc.
Coordinates and initiates yearlyperformance evaluations at all employee levels.
Orders and organizes long service awards and certificates in goodtime as per policies.
Sees to insuranceadministration notifies superior in case of deviation orirregularity.
Monitors ongoing information ofHuman Resources with changes and other news of thecity.
Ensures proper job descriptions areavailable for all functions continuously adapts them incoordination with relevant supervisors to operationalrequirements.
Sees to due and proper filing ofwork procedures and operational rules. Adapts them to new situationand requirements whenever necessary.
Isresponsible for recruiting in coordination with the variousDepartment Heads.
Analyses the workingatmosphere and discusses possible improvements with the DepartmentHeads and supervisors and submits to GM.
Supervises adherence to remuneration guidelines and discusses anydeviations with GM.
Surveys remuneration andsocial benefit policies of other competitors and compares them withour policies on a yearly basis.
Counseling ofemployees in personal and professional matters.
Conducts resignation interviews with all resigning employees toestablish reason patterns for resignation.
Coordinates and supervises all kind of internal training of theDepartment Heads and supervisors.
Ensures thatdepartmental training schedules are established in advance everysix month.
Coordinates training activities withregional or corporate training departments.
Ensures the general orientation during the introduction of newemployees.
Organizes social and leisureactivities in coordination with Department Heads for theemployees.
Organization supervision andmaintenance of employee accommodation. Regular inspection tours.Sees that repair and improvement work is carried out. Ensuresinventories are taken and controls made upon checkin / checkout ofemployee rooms.
Maintains good coordination andinformation with the FinancialController / Paymaster.
Establishes monthlyreports according to requirements.
Maintains amonthly overview of vacation and public holiday balance of allemployees and delivers a monthly consolidated summary to therelevant supervisors.
He / she is familiar withall related company documentation and especially with the relevantStandards Manual for his / her field ofresponsibility.
Qualifications :
chelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field; Mastersdegree is a plus.
Proven experience in humanresources talent management or a related role within thehospitality industry.
Strong understanding oflocal labor laws and regulations in Turkey.
Exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills.
Ability to develop and maintain positiverelationships with employees at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to driveorganizational change.
Previous experience in aluxury hotel environment is highlydesirable.
