We are on the hunt for a driven Tenant Growth Lead to be a part of an innovative prop-tech start-up based in Riyadh. Their mission is to revolutionize rental solutions for landlords and tenants seeking options for short, or long-term stays!
As a Tenant Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance tenant acquisition and retention. This role focuses on building strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering a positive living experience within managed properties.
Requirements
Tenant Acquisition Strategy :
- Develop and execute initiatives to attract new tenants to the company's properties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that highlight property benefits and amenities
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and engagementAddress tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, acting as a liaison between tenants and managementRetention Programs :
Implement tenant retention strategies, including feedback mechanisms, loyalty programs satisfaction surveys and community-building activitiesAnalyze tenant feedback and market trends to continuously improve the tenant experienceTenant Experience :
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless move-in / move- out processes, resolve tenant issue promptly, and maintain high-quality property standardsPerformance Monitoring :
Track and report on key performance indicators related to tenant acquisition and retentionDevelop regular reports for management to assess the effectiveness of growth initiativesCollaboration :
Work closely with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize tenant satisfactionParticipate in lease negotiations and renewals to ensure tenant needs are metMarket & Data Analysis :
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, demographics, and competitive offerings that can inform growth strategiesAnalyze tenant data, including demographics, behavior, and preference, to inform targeted marketing initiatives and optimize tenant growthStay updated on industry best practices related to tenant relations and property managementPerformance Metrics :
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure tenant growth, retention, and satisfactionTeam Management :
Lead and manage the leasing team responsible for medium- and long-term rentals, ensuring effective lease-up and renewal strategiesOversee the reservation team responsible for managing bookings and reservations on various platforms, ensuring seamless communication and optimal occupancyB2B Sales / Corporate Sales :
Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and corporate partnerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the company's footprintBenefits
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications is a plusMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholdersProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical skills to assess tenant feedback and market dataProven ability to develop creative solutions to enhance tenant satisfaction and retentionSeniority level
