A well estabilished Pharmacutical company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner, equivelant to HR Director based in SAUDI , you will be :
- Leading with Agility : Act as a forward-thinking leader with a strong focus on people and culture, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.
- Coach and Empower : Provide expert coaching to country leadership and teams, helping them navigate challenges and excel in their roles.
- Strategize and Innovate : Develop and implement the Country P&C strategy in collaboration with various chapters and stakeholders, shaping the future of Roche KSA.
