Senior Manager - Business Enablement (SAUDI NATIONAL) for our Banking domain Client in Riyadh.

The Manager – Business Enablement is responsible for driving operational excellence across Bank’s sales infrastructure, channel enablement, product governance, and portfolio management within the Corporate & SME segments.

10 - 12+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with 5+ years in sales enablement, corporate banking operations, or commercial excellence leadership roles.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Additional languages will be desirable.

Certified Corporate Banker (CCB) – Moody’s or equivalent

Certified SME Finance Expert – Frankfurt School / IFC

Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI or equivalent (preferred)

CRM, Lending Platform, or Banking System Training Certification .
