Overview
We are seeking a Training Manager to design, implement, and lead training and development programs across all our retail stores. This role is central to building the skills, knowledge, and behaviors that empower our teams to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive business performance.
Success in this role means creating a fully functional Training Center, developing structured programs for store teams, and ensuring learning translates into measurable improvements in customer service, sales KPIs, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail training strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish a dedicated Training Center equipped with modern learning tools.
- Design and deliver training programs covering customer service, sales techniques, retail operations, KPIs, and product knowledge.
- Drive onboarding programs to ensure all new hires are store-ready.
- Identify and develop “Hero Coaches” in stores to sustain training impact.
- Partner with HR, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to align training content with organizational needs.
- Monitor training effectiveness, link programs to KPIs, and report ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Retail Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–10 years of retail training experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven ability to build training frameworks and centers from the ground up.Strong knowledge of retail KPIs , sales techniques, and customer service excellence.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to design engaging training content (instructor-led, digital, blended learning).Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Seniority level
