Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for establishing a training system and systematic tools for the performance chain
Establish a training and management mechanism for blue-collar workers and front-line managers in combination with business requirements, job demands and pain points
Be responsible for formulating standardized training courses, specialized training courses and learning courseware for each job position, and update and iterate them in a timely manner
Be responsible for establishing offline training mechanisms for each job position, including offline class opening and teaching
Monitor the training progress of each job position and the learning files of employees through data, and continuously improve and enhance
Promote the healthy development of business, continuously optimize operational issues, and constantly improve operational performance
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in front-line blue-collar employment management or recruitment, with rich recruitment experience and management capabilities.
2. Possess excellent team management skills and certain capabilities in personnel training and development.
3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities, and be capable of handling complex human resource management issues.
4. Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations on employment management, and possess certain knowledge and practical experience in employment management.
5. Possess strong market insight and the ability to integrate recruitment resources, and be capable of effectively conducting market recruitment work.
6. Candidates with experience in recruiting and managing front-line employees in the fresh food retail and logistics express delivery industries are preferred.
