The Automotive & Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales operations including service, maintenance, spare parts, warranty, and customer service. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, maximizes customer satisfaction, improves retention, and drives profitability of the aftersales division while maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities : Manage service center, spare parts, and warranty operations. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality. Lead, train, and motivate the aftersales team. Monitor KPIs and achieve revenue & profit targets. Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company policies. Requirements : Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or Business. 7–10 years’ experience in automotive aftersales management. Strong knowledge of service operations & spare parts. Proven leadership and customer service skills. Experience in managing budgets & P&L.
