Sr. Sales Engineer, Chemical Injection Systems (Jeddah-Saudi Arabia)
Job Summary : Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves direct customer sales, solution development, and strategic account management alongside business development. The primary focus is to increase sales revenue and assist with the development of new business opportunities for the ProMinent product portfolio targeting OEMs, EPCs, Distributors and Reseller Channels. The successful applicant will build the business brand by generating and qualifying leads and nurturing industry relationships to close deals.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in leading sales in a customer-facing environment
- Initiative-taking, outcome-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based sales role
- A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to provide technical solutions to meet customer requirements
- Demonstrated success in both new business development and key account growth
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and review of contracts
- Provide technical guidance, assist with product selection, and support design efforts for consultant engineers, contractors, resellers, and end users
- Work closely with internal engineering and proposal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and engineering teams
- Maintain accurate weekly and monthly pipeline reports and forecast data within the company’s CRM system
- Achieve the assigned KPIs and sales targets
- A collaborative style with the ability to influence across teams and functions
- Market intelligence of competitors’ range of products and market coverage
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars as required
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Travel throughout Saudi to serve current clients and expand the client database
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering10 to 15 years of experience in field-based sales of B2B for Chemical Injection, Water Treatment Equipment, Disinfection technologies including Electrolysis Systems, Chlorine Dioxide, UV and Ozone systems, within Saudi ArabiaStrong technical expertise in Chemical Injection pumps selection and Water Treatment applicationsIn-depth understanding of water treatment regulations and engineering standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectivelyHow to Apply
