Finance Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Finance Lead to oversee our accounting operations and support strategic financial initiatives. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while contributing to the company’s financial excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements Maintain internal control systems and procedures Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities Prepare reports and financial analysis for decision-making Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT & TAX Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Assist Finance Director with special projects and strategic initiatives Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in similar finance / accounting leadership roles Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards Proven experience in team management and staff development Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills and power query Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (CMA, FMVA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus Experience in similar industry Knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools What We Offer
