Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Finance Lead to oversee our accounting operations and support strategic financial initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while contributing to the company’s financial excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain internal control systems and procedures
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Prepare reports and financial analysis for decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT & TAX
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist Finance Director with special projects and strategic initiatives
