Job Purpose
As the Manager of Network Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the network infrastructure. You will lead a team of network specialists and analysts, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of network services. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and advanced technical oversight to support the organization's goals.
Areas of Accountabilities (Up to 8)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network service specialists and analysts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network service strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure the continuous monitoring of network performance and availability.
- Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the implementation and management of network security measures to protect against threats and unauthorized access.
- Lead network-related projects, from planning and design to implementation and testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, incidents, and remediation efforts.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of the network team.
Minimum Experience
8 years’ experience in network security or related roles.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Extensive knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.Proven experience with network management tools and technologies.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)) are highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
