Head of Product – AI Edge Devices

الوصف الوظيفيPartner with sales and business development teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. Provide technical leadership in customer engagements, showcasing product capabilities. Develop strategic relationships with OEMs, chipset vendors, ODMs, and distribution partners. Equip go-to-market teams with tools, demos, and narratives to win in both enterprise and consumer markets. Own full P&L for the AI Devices BU. Define pricing, cost, and margin strategies to ensure profitable growth. Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation. Drive operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and scale economics. Experience : 15+ years in product development, hardware / software engineering, or AI-enabled device leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role owning P&L. Expertise : Strong background in AI devices, consumer electronics, or edge computing. Experience with smart home products, robotics, or IoT ecosystems is highly desirable. Leadership : Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, product, sales) across global geographies. Commercial Acumen : Track record of launching and scaling device businesses with measurable financial success. Visionary & Hands-on : Ability to think strategically about future AI edge applications while diving deep into technical and execution details. Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
The Head of Product – AI Edge Devices will be responsible for leading Humain’s AI edge product portfolio, including AI PCs, AI-powered cameras, smart glasses, drones, and AI home assistants. This executive role will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, owning product development, engineering execution, technical sales enablement, and full P&L accountability.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise, product leadership, and commercial acumen to bring cutting-edge AI devices to global markets, ensuring they are not just visionary but deliver measurable impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Humain’s AI Devices portfolio.
- Drive requirements gathering, design, and innovation of hardware-software integrated products (AI PCs, cameras, smart glasses, drones, AI home assistants).
- Ensure seamless integration with Humain’s AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, and ecosystem.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into differentiated products.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, firmware, software, AI integration).
- Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and readiness for mass production.
- Implement world-class product development processes with speed, scalability, and quality.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and safety standards are met globally.
