Senior Mechanical Supervisor for DR Legacy fleet

Overview

A Snapshot of your Day : The FSR is technically responsible for all technical facets of the company’s control system, scope of work during equipment installation and overhaul during service outages.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Capable of performing mechanical installation and overhaul of industrial steam turbines (IST) and related equipment with the highest quality standards as per OEM.
• Experienced with supervision and providing direction to a team to perform complete overhaul, installation of steam turbines as per service requirements.
• Verify OEM installation instruction and readings e.g., baseplate levelness, alignment.
• Interpret P&ID and dimensional drawings
• Perform Root Cause Analysis when necessary
• Perform complex fixing as required on machinery and ancillary systems. Ability to articulate findings to engineering to resolve issues.
• Communicate progress, schedule, and recommend spare parts to client and prepare detailed technical reports.
