Overview
الهدف من الوظيفة :
الإشراف والتوجيه الكامل على جميع أنشطة قسم الإسكان، مع التركيز على إدارة إسكان أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وضمان تحسين تجربة المستفيدين وتطوير أنظمة الإسكان بما يواكب أفضل الممارسات العالمية، مع الالتزام بأهداف ورؤية المؤسسة. المهام والمسؤوليات
قيادة فريق قسم الإسكان وتوزيع المهام لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية بكفاءة. الإشراف على عمليات التخصيص والإخلاء وضمان الشفافية والعدالة. متابعة العمليات المالية والفنية عبر منصة إيجار والتأكد من دقتها. مراجعة فواتير الخدمات والتأكد من تسجيلها وتسويتها بانتظام. إعداد التقارير الدورية حول الأداء والتحديات. دراسة وتحليل احتياجات السكن واقتراح الحلول التطويرية. إدارة الميزانية ومراقبة المصروفات. إعداد العقود وضمان التزام الطرفين بشروطها. استقبال شكاوى المستفيدين والعمل على حلها بفعالية. ضمان الالتزام باللوائح والقوانين ذات الصلة. المشاركة في إعداد السياسات والإجراءات وتحديثها بشكل دوري. التنسيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة لضمان تكامل العمليات. الإشراف على التفتيش الدوري للوحدات السكنية. بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الإسكان أو المرافق، مع خبرة قيادية مفضلة. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة). مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية. شهادات مهنية في إدارة المرافق مثل CFM / FMP ميزة إضافية. المهارات الشخصية
مهارات إدارة الوقت والتنظيم. القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات وتحمل المسؤولية. العمل تحت الضغط. القدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة الثقافات.
