Job Title : Sales Trainer – Digital Gaming Industry

Location : Remote or Dubai

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : Rs. 28000-30,000 / month + Incentives

Availability : Immediate Joiner

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Sales Trainer to support our growing team in the digital gaming industry. You’ll be responsible for training and coaching sales staff to boost performance and drive results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Train new and existing sales team members.
  • Conduct onboarding and regular coaching sessions.
  • Create training materials and sales scripts.
  • Track performance and provide feedback.
  • Align training with sales goals and product updates

Requirements :

  • Experience as a Sales Trainer or in sales coaching.
  • Background in gaming, tech, or digital industries preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ready to join immediately
