The Project This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high‑calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Provide oversight of the GC’s fit-out and mock‑up delivery for Zone 3, ensuring alignment with the project standards, design intent, and quality benchmarks.

Oversee and coordinate review of mock‑up strategies, installation methodologies, sequencing plans, and material selections with the CSC.

Reports to Zone 3 Project Manager (Site).

Monitor the CSC’s inspection, snagging, and close‑out processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client.

Escalate fit‑out risks, non‑conformances, or supply chain issues to the PMC PD and the project.

Champion best practice and innovation in fit‑out delivery, ensuring robust documentation, traceability, and communication of all activities.

You’ll Need To Have

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high‑valued projects / programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

Professional qualification (or equivalent).

Extensive years of experience.
