We’re looking to recruit a certified, passionate, and experienced Pilates Instructor to be part of an exciting new venture in the heart of Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Package : Tax-free monthly salary of up to 10,000 SAR per month (approximately US$2,660) based on qualifications and experience 30-40% Commission on private sessions End-of-month performance-based bonuses based on class delivery and overall contribution Private accommodation near the studio Medical insurance Work visa Paid annual leave Relocation flight (if an overseas hire) Shared accommodation (private bedroom and bathroom) Requirements : Pilates certification (internationally recognized) Minimum 1-2 years experience English speaking (Advanced level at a minimum) Basic to Intermediate Arabic (Conversational level at a minimum) Duties & Responsibilities : Lead engaging and safe Pilates classes (group and private) Provide modifications and adjustments based on individual needs Create a welcoming and empowering environment for clients Track client progress and provide feedback Support in maintaining studio cleanliness and atmosphere Collaborate with the team for marketing or events if needed
