We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to lead client relationship management, drive revenue growth, and oversee the successful delivery of our products / services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in client services, account management, and team leadership.

In this role you will :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain relationship with project consultancy companies for office fit out projects.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
About you :
2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (B2B experience preferred).Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Industry-specific experience (tech, IT, AV, electronic security).Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales / account growth targets.What we offer :
