Middle Account Manager / Sales Manager

الوصف الوظيفي2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (B2B experience preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Industry-specific experience (tech, IT, AV, electronic security). Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales / account growth targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working Time : Sun-Thu 08 : 00 AM to 06 : 00 PM. Benefits : medical insurance, company mobile SIM, one return ticket / year.
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to lead client relationship management, drive revenue growth, and oversee the successful delivery of our products / services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in client services, account management, and team leadership.
Time Zone : ( GMT +3 ), Riyadh , KSA .
In this role you will :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain relationship with project consultancy companies for office fit out projects.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
