Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking About the business area Our Corporate & Investment Banking Group is establishing a strategic presence in Saudi Arabia, to support a growing client base along regional economic corridors. The branch will provide a comprehensive range of solutions to Saudi clients including public enterprises, government entities, financial institutions and large corporates. With presence in the UAE, Egypt and Kazakhstan, ADCB’s expansion into Saudi Arabia will broaden relationships with clients and support their growth ambitions.

In this role, your key responsibilities include :

Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis and submit credit applications, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience to meet acquisition targets and drive portfolio growth.

Offer existing clients new solutions, enroll them in alternate channels and value-added services to boost transaction volumes and grow the portfolio.

Review client dossiers to capture current and future needs, respond to customer requirements and resolve complaints within turnaround times to maintain long-term relationships.

Conduct client visits, report on risk profiles and update approving authorities on any changes to enable necessary action.

Analyse clients’ financial health and industry trends regularly to identify lending, selling and cross-selling opportunities and enhance ADCB’s profitability.

Conduct credit assessments and coordinate processing of approved credit requests for new clients to ensure a smooth and timely credit utilization process.

Cross-sell ADCB’s products including corporate, project, and structured finance, transaction services, debt markets, treasury and Islamic Banking to meet client needs and increase product penetration.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience :

Minimum 4 years’ experience managing client relationships and portfolios in the banking sector

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

Proficient in balance sheet analysis

Skilled in interpreting key financial ratios
