Project Coordinator (Jeddah, SA)

Easy Parking is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and have a solid background in project planning and coordination. This role requires a degree in Engineering or a related field and strong analytical and IT skills. Key Responsibilities

Assist the COO in preparing documents for tenders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation plans, and project plans. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Track project progress and address any issues that arise. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. Analyze risks and opportunities related to project implementation. Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide administrative support to the COO, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence. Maintain and update project management tools and software. Conduct technical research and provide analytical support for project-related decisions. Qualification and Skill Requirements

Degree in Engineering / Business / Computing or a related field. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Tools. 2-6 years experience in project planning and coordination. Parking Operations & Management and ELV Systems experience is an advantage. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and technical IT skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Arabic Language skills are preferred.
