Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading automotive dealership and distributor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and expert knowledge of our automotive products. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and support throughout the sales process. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive solutions. Present and demonstrate vehicles and features to customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any inquiries. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic to the dealership. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and strategy adjustments. Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Knowledge of automotive products and services, with a passion for the industry. High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base. A valid driver’s license is required. Skills
