Project Manager / Coordinator

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and organized Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional quality in Social Infrastructure programs that support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources. Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Support project managers in budget management and resource allocation. Facilitate collaboration across various teams and departments to ensure project alignment. Promote best practices in project management and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration). 10+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
