Senior Associate - Performance Marketing
The Senior Associate - Performance Marketing at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven marketing initiatives across various channels. The role emphasizes the strategic execution of performance marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI enhancement. The Senior Associate will analyze campaign performance metrics, refine strategies, and collaborate with different teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives while enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging
- Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing to enhance existing campaigns and inform future marketing strategies
- Utilize advanced analytics and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, optimize campaign targeting, and maximize conversions
- Manage and oversee paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring performance meets or exceeds goals
- Analyze customer journeys and behaviors to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving user experience and conversion rates
- Work closely with the data and analytics team to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making within marketing strategies
- Research competitive trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives
- Assist in developing budgets for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending while driving results
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in performance marketing
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align marketing strategies with sales and operational objectives
- Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and future recommendations
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, ideally within the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors.Skills : Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and other digital advertising channels; strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation software; understanding of SEO / SEM; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; strong organizational skills; continuous learning mindset.Languages : Proficiency in English is required.Core Competencies
