Sales & Emiratisation Recruitment Specialist l GCC

First Point Group is proud to be partnering with a leading technology services company in KSA to find a talented Pre‑Sales Engineer to be based in Riyadh.

This is your chance to work at the cutting edge of Cloud, Networking, and Data Center solutions, helping bridge technical expertise and client needs. You’ll support the sales team by designing tailored solutions, delivering demos, and preparing proposals, playing a key role in shaping client success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand and stay up‑to‑date with the company’s service offerings, technical direction, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and other solution content.
  • Gather and analyze customer IT and business requirements to design and propose optimal solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Support Sales throughout the sales cycle to drive deal closure and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and emerging trends in Cloud, Networking, and Data Center technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand or adopt additional services.
  • Manage RFI / RFP responses and ensure solutions are feasible, cost‑effective, and meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to validate solutions and confirm feasibility.
  • Document and maintain project updates, case studies, and technical collateral for internal and external use.
  • Maintain relationships with service partners and ensure proper communication across teams.
  • Utilize enterprise systems, collaboration tools, and documentation practices effectively.
  • Provide periodic updates on activities, achievements, and project progress to management.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in IT, Pre‑Sales, or Cloud / Networking solutions.
  • Solid understanding of computer networks, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Data Center environments.
  • Certifications in Cloud, Networking, or Data Center technologies are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Responsible, ambitious, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under tight or changing schedules.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality proposals and documentation.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel locally to client or company sites as needed.
