Job Description

Head of Market Intelligence - Financial Services - Riyadh

• Scale & manage a high-performing AI-driven market intelligence unit in conjunction with investment & technology teams.
• Develop and maintain knowledge hubs, integrating internal and external data sources.
• Conduct business development research, support due diligence, and track GP performance.
• Lead research efforts related to private capital markets (VC, PE, Venture Debt, Private Debt).
• Support decision-making by synthesizing complex economic, investment, and financial data.
• Align market intelligence insights with organizational objectives.
• Utilize financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Apply market research methodologies, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee fund manager performance evaluation, investment diligence, and macroeconomic analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders and lead communication strategies.
• Provide rapid-response insights for the CEO and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the broader MENA economic landscape.
• Participate in industry events, thought leadership, and executive briefings.

The Successful Applicant

Head of Market Intelligence - Financial Services - Riyadh

• We are looking for ;
• A strategic leader with 10+ years of experience in market intelligence, private capital markets, and investment research, particularly within the MENA region.
• Experience in integrating AI into market intelligence platforms.
• Highly proficient in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), with expertise in synthesizing complex economic data for decision-making.
• A strong communicator with exceptional presentation skills, able to engage senior leadership and stakeholders effectively while providing clear, actionable insights.
• A seasoned team manager who can mentor, inspire, and scale high-performing research teams while balancing long-term initiatives with rapid, high-pressure demands.
• Knowledgeable about Saudi Vision 2030, the economic and regulatory landscape in KSA, and experienced in providing executive briefings.
