The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and secure top talent across various departments. Acting as a strategic partner to business units, this role ensures a seamless hiring experience while aligning talent pipelines with workforce planning and Saudization objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding :
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies in alignment with workforce plans.
- Identify the best sourcing channels and platforms for targeted candidate outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing / HR to strengthen employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and university partnerships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : from requisition creation to offer acceptance for assigned positions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured techniques and competency frameworks.
- Build talent pools for future needs.
- Analytics, Reporting & Compliance :
- Maintain accurate tracking of applicant flow, hiring status, and onboarding outcomes.
- Generate periodic reports (e.g., recruitment dashboard, Saudization Recruitment Report) and provide insights on hiring trends and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on interviewing techniques and market availability.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., HR Ops, L&D) to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
- Process Optimization & Projects :
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
- Support digital transformation of the recruitment function and implement best practices.
- Contribute to special HR projects related to organizational growth and Saudization initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 4–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job families.Proficiency in English is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail.Seniority level
