Responsibilities :

• Control the Contractors’ maintenance activities and service delivery
• Support and advise the client regarding changes in maintenance and service
• Develop and execute knowledge transfer for all railway maintenance-related disciplines
• Lead a team of three discipline experts (systems, rolling stock, fixed assets)
• Ensure maintenance and repair of rail vehicles, tracks, and related infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for trains, tracks, and infrastructure
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor vehicle and track conditions, schedule repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Implement safety protocols for maintenance activities
• Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifespan
• Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure and Head of Systems for maintenance planning
• Prepare monthly performance reports of the Maintenance Business Unit
