The project This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for :

Lead pre‑contract commercial and tender management for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Develop and execute procurement and packaging strategies for complex, high‑value work packages.

Oversee the full tender process, from market engagement to contract award.

Collaborate with finance to validate estimates and ensure budget compliance.

Work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.

Provide expertise in contract models, pricing, and negotiation, especially FIDIC contracts.

Engage the supply chain, negotiating terms to mitigate risk and secure value.

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

You’ll need to have :

Degree qualification in relevant subject.

Professional membership i.e. MCIPS / MRICS (or equivalent).

Middle East experience is an advantage.

Major project experience is essential.

Main Contractor experience £250+.

Consultancy experience £1bn+.
