Operations Management Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and performance. 3. Team Leadership Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development. 4. Sales, Marketing & Client Relations Represent the company in negotiations, client meetings, and industry events. Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, vendors, and government entities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or general management role. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and development process. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple functions and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Arabic and English.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CEO to lead the overall operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate, business management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure project excellence. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic vision as well as daily operational involvement.
Key Accountabilities
- 1. Business Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic goals in line with market trends and company vision.
Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (sales, marketing, project development, finance, and admin).
Lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability and collaboration.
Supervise sales strategies, pricing, and customer relationship management.
