Senior Project Engineer

you will lead engineering and technical activities to ensure successful project delivery. You will supervise junior engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will also support the PMO in strategic planning and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution :

Lead and supervise the execution of solar PV projects at the site, ensuring completion of approved scope within budget and schedule. Team Supervision & Mentoring :

Guide and mentor project engineers and junior staff, conduct knowledge sharing in PV design, installation, and commissioning, and supervise subcontractors’ work. Stakeholder & Client Management :

Interact with clients, consultants, and project end-users, provide progress updates, and represent the company in meetings. Quality, Safety & Compliance :

Monitor compliance with Saudi regulations (SEC, SASO, MHRSD) and HSE standards, ensure proper documentation and handover packages. Strategic Contribution :

Support PMO leadership in budgeting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience

Experience in project engineering, including

Solar PV projects . Hands-on experience in EPC solar projects : design, installation, commissioning. Strong knowledge of

Saudi regulations

for PV systems. Bachelor’s degree

in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. PMP certification preferred; additional certification in

PVSyst, PV

• SOL

is a plus. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, MS Office . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in
