Job Description

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will assume a leadership role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our construction projects. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, driving excellence in construction practices, and mentoring junior members of the site engineering team.

• On-Site Management :

Supervise all on-site construction activities, including but not limited to structural installations, concrete works, and infrastructure development.

Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality.

Monitor project progress and milestones and ensure adherence to the project schedule.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers.

Act as a liaison between on-site teams, project management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
