Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our fabrications and cladding facility in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations within the manufacturing sector, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the fabrications and cladding facility to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Specializing in process equipment (Pressure vessels, columns and reactors)
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Manage resource allocation, including materials and labor, to optimize production processes.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA, Manufacturing, or related field.15-25 years of experience with minimum 3 years experience in P&L role in operations management within the fabrications and cladding industry.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Any Graduate
