Operations Manager - Fabrications and Cladding Facility

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our fabrications and cladding facility in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations within the manufacturing sector, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the fabrications and cladding facility to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Specializing in process equipment (Pressure vessels, columns and reactors)
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Manage resource allocation, including materials and labor, to optimize production processes.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Any Graduate, Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
