Overview
To promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves providing accurate scientific information, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to the company’s overall growth within the assigned territory. This position is within ARAC, a subsidiary company. Functional Responsibilities
Professionally promoting the company products. Collecting orders from customers. Managing expiring goods to minimize losses and optimize profit. Providing continuous feedback about customer challenges and requirements. Daily reporting to wellness supervisor. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues. Reporting regular market feedback about plan implementation. Collecting and maintaining the customer database. Reviewing the customer database on a regular basis. Classifying and qualifying customers to help set KPIs for the cosmeceutical business unit. Maintaining data flow through CRM system and ensuring data is up to date. Adhering to regular schedules for operations and strategy implementation. Implementing marketing strategic plans. Job Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. Experience 2 years of experience in cosmetic companies. Language Required English - proficient. Preferred Arabic - proficient. Seniority level
