Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local procedures and excellent relationships with relevant authorities. Responsibilities

Handle all government documentation, including visa applications, Iqama issuance / renewals, and exit / re-entry permits Liaise with ministries (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, Chamber of Commerce) for company-related matters Ensure timely submission of GOSI, Muqeem, and other regulatory updates Support onboarding of expatriate employees with legal formalities Maintain up-to-date records of all government transactions and renewals Represent the company in official meetings and inspections when required Saudi national preferred (or valid transferable Iqama) Proven experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia (3+ years) Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.) Excellent Arabic and English communication skills Established relationships with government departments or officials; previous experience dealing directly with ministries or regulatory bodies Family ties or personal connections within government institutions is a plus Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of proven PRO experience in Saudi Arabia Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.) Excellent Arabic and English communication skills Established relationships with government departments or officials; previous experience dealing directly with ministries or regulatory bodies Ability to manage sensitive documents with accuracy and confidentiality What We Offer
