Job Title : Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Saudi Arabia

Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local procedures and excellent relationships with relevant authorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all government documentation, including visa applications, Iqama issuance / renewals, and exit / re-entry permits
• Liaise with ministries (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, Chamber of Commerce) for company-related matters
• Ensure timely submission of GOSI, Muqeem, and other regulatory updates
• Support onboarding of expatriate employees with legal formalities
• Maintain up-to-date records of all government transactions and renewals
• Represent the company in official meetings and inspections when required
• Saudi national preferred (or valid transferable Iqama)
• Proven experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals (Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.)
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
• Established relationships with government departments or officials; previous experience dealing directly with ministries or regulatory bodies
• Family ties or personal connections within government institutions is a plus
