AEC Design Systems Architect - Digital Delivery (IK16-0023).

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a AEC Systems Architect & Development Lead to join our team and lead our systems integration and development initiatives within complex architectural, engineering and construction projects. In this strategic role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integration and implementation activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

As a AEC Systems Architect & Development Lead, you will managing the design, development and continuous improvement of digital platforms within THE LINE project, leading platform development initiatives in an Agile / Scrum environment, to deliver innovative solutions that align with the company's objectives. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding the professional growth of team members.

Requirements

• End to end systems architecture and design for AEC systems from Idea Inception through to Requirements, Design, Implementation and Build, Testing, Go-Live and Transition & Handover
• ISO 19650 Common Data Environments (CDE) : Oracle Aconex
• 10+ years of experience in AEC industry and with Digital Design & Construction systems
• Proven experience managing software development teams, including mentoring and coaching team members.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of programming languages, development tools, and frameworks relevant to infrastructure projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

• GIS Systems e.g ESRI
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems e.g. Dassault
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Information Systems, BIM, Software Development or equivalent.

Certification :

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.

Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
