We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary CMO / Head of Marketing with proven leadership in marketing agencies and deep experience in marketing research , strategy development , and marketing intelligence . The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the IT industry , including software , hardware , and electronics , and will lead the marketing function to drive business growth, market share, and brand visibility. Fluency in English is essential.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct and supervise market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Lead the creation of data-driven marketing plans and positioning strategies for different products and segments
- Translate insights into actionable campaigns and messaging
- Build and manage marketing intelligence systems to track KPIs, market performance, and customer insights
- Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to inform strategic decisions using real-time data
- Monitor industry trends in software, hardware, and electronics markets globally and regionally
- Oversee the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
- Lead branding, messaging, and creative direction in alignment with the company’s objectives
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and geographies
- Lead and grow a high-performing in-house marketing team
- Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance
- Foster a results-driven, innovative, and collaborative marketing culture
- Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to support launches and growth initiatives
- Act as the key marketing voice in executive decision-making
Requirements & Qualifications :
